Position: Office Manager Location: Miami, FL Contract: 2+ months Hours: 9am-6pm Pay: $28β$32/hour Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support day-to-day operations for a dynamic team based in Miami. This is a contract opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a well-functioning workplace Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office events Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects Handle incoming communications, mail, and front office responsibilities Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires Maintain organized filing systems and office procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Bilingual in Spanish Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment What Weβre Looking For A detail-oriented self-starter who can anticipate needs Someone adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities A team player with a positive, professional attitude
