Office Manager | London | Hybrid Working We're partnering with a super social and successful global Exec Search Firm to find a dynamic, proactive, and highly organised Office Manager to join their team in their brand-new London office . This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to truly make it your own while becoming the heart of a vibrant, social, and collaborative culture. You'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and helping create an exceptional workplace environment.

Key responsibilities include: β€’ Managing the day-to-day operations of the new London office β€’ Supporting senior stakeholders with administration, scheduling, and coordination β€’ Organising client meetings, team events, and social activities β€’ Managing office suppliers, procurement, and facilities β€’ Welcoming clients and candidates, ensuring a first-class experience β€’ Maintaining office presentation, meeting rooms, and supplies β€’ Providing first-line IT support and liaising with external providers β€’ Identifying and implementing process improvements across the business βœ… Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home βœ… Brand-new London office βœ… Highly social and supportive culture βœ… Newly created role with genuine scope to make an impact βœ… Exposure to senior leadership and business operations We're looking for someone with previous Office Management or Operations experience within a professional services environment, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and loves creating an exceptional workplace experience.
