Front Office & Operations Coordinator Buckhead, Atlanta | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire We’re partnering with a growing wellness-focused practice in Buckhead that’s adding a Front Office & Operations Coordinator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants ownership, variety, and long-term growth in a positive, people-first environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, keeping things organized, and making sure clients have a great experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing Run day-to-day front office and administrative operations Handle scheduling, calendars, and client communication Be a friendly, professional point of contact (phone, email, in person) Support billing, documentation, and data entry processes Keep systems organized and running smoothly Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to do things Take ownership of responsibilities and grow the role over time Who This Is Best For Someone with experience in: Physical therapy, chiropractic, fitness, wellness, or boutique healthcare Front desk, office admin, operations, or client-facing roles Open to: 3–5 years of experience or a sharp, motivated new graduate Someone who: Is organized, reliable, and proactive Communicates well and enjoys working with people Is comfortable wearing multiple hats Wants to grow into more responsibility over time This is a great fit for someone who wants to take things off the owner’s plate today and grow with the business long-term.
