Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE) Location: Warrington (WA1) + client sites Working Pattern: Hybrid – clinic, home, and on the road Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity This is a genuinely varied Occupational Health Nurse role within a growing, well-equipped occupational health service that’s investing heavily in both its people and its infrastructure. You’ll be working across clinic-based services, remote work, and regular client site visits using a fully equipped mobile medical unit. This is not a narrow, repetitive OH role – it’s full remit, hands‑on, and trusted autonomy from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing Case management and fitness‑for‑work assessments Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, etc.) Vaccinations and phlebotomy Drug & alcohol screening and workplace assessments Client site visits (travel time paid) Health promotion and wellbeing advice Maintaining clinical stock and supporting governance standards Supporting continuous service improvement and KPIs Occasional mentoring of junior staff What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (NMC) – essential Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health – essential Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, vaccinations Full UK driving licence Confident working independently and managing varied workloads Comfortable with travel to client sites What’s On Offer Salary up to £44,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working (clinic, home, and field‑based) Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Paid travel to client sites Company pension Cycle‑to‑work scheme Discounted gym membership Free eye test Flu jab vouchers Life assurance Tech/IT scheme Staff referral bonuses Why This Role?
