Nursing trainer

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Nursing Trainer to build and strengthen our frontline care workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and working closely with care staff in real-world environments. You will be responsible for training candidates—many from non-nursing and geriatric care backgrounds—and preparing them to deliver safe, compassionate, and reliable care in home settings.

Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training programs for new recruits, including non-nursing candidates Conduct both classroom and practical training sessions on elderly care, hygiene, mobility, and basic clinical support Provide on-the-job field training at client locations to ensure practical competency Evaluate trainee performance and certify readiness for deployment Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training for existing staff Support care teams in handling real-time challenges in home care settings Ensure adherence to company protocols, quality standards, and best practices Key Requirements: Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify concepts for candidates with no healthcare background Hands-on, practical approach to training and mentoring Strong problem-solving ability and patience in coaching Willingness to travel within Ernakulam district for field training Good understanding of the realities and challenges of home healthcare Preferred Qualifications: GNM / BSc Nursing or relevant healthcare background Experience in training, mentoring, or clinical supervision Prior exposure to home health care or elderly care Why Join Us: Play a key role in shaping a skilled and compassionate care workforce High-impact, field-oriented role with real visibility Opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving home healthcare organization
