Nursing Practicum Coordination Specialist

Make an impact in nursing education as a Practicum Coordination Specialist. This role reports to the Senior Specialist and involves coordinating clinical training for both undergraduate and graduate students.

You will analyze licensure requests, organize mandatory training, and revise orientation materials to ensure compliance and efficiency. Collaboration with clinical partners is essential for the success of this position. Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment needs and develop Simulation Lab schedules • Organize mandatory pre-clinical trainings for students • Revise orientation for clinical instructors and students • Support users in troubleshooting software issues • Communicate placement guidelines to course coordinators Requirements: • Bachelor's in Nursing with 3 years experience • 2 years in coordination or project management • Membership in the College of Nurses of Ontario is an asset • Knowledge of clinical management applications • Bilingual in French and English Utilize your coordination skills and nursing knowledge to enhance student training and improve placement processes effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
