Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX Facility: Dell Childrens Medical Center Department: EmergencyRoom Schedule: Days | Full-time Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role This Director will support both the emergency department and a mental health unit. Lead daily clinical operations and resource allocation for your specialty unit, ensuring a seamless environment where staff have the tools and support to provide exceptional patient care. Drive the development of departmental goals that bridge the gap between administrative excellence and ethical bedside practice, setting the standard for clinical quality.

What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
