With a strong background from working in critical care, you will be a linchpin in supporting the overall project development. Key Responsibilities: • Support nursing research implementation efforts • Bring clinical insights to project discussions • Attend key meetings related to the research • Engage in ongoing training opportunities • Assist in knowledge translation efforts Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years in an ICU setting • Active RN registration or pending eligibility • Strong communicator and planner • Proven mentorship experience in nursing • Respected by peers as an ICU role model Utilize your advanced nursing knowledge and leadership experience to significantly enhance research efforts and improve nursing practices and patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
