Network Security Engineer

Designation: Sr. Network Security Engineer Experience: 6–10 years Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Position Overview: The Senior Network Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise network security infrastructure with a strong focus on Fortinet technologies. Key Requirements Fortinet Security • Deploy, configure, and manage FortiGate Firewalls. • Administer FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. • Manage security policies, NAT, IPS, Application Control, Web Filtering, and Threat Protection. • Perform upgrades, migrations, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation. • Configure High Availability (HA) and clustering solutions. • Troubleshoot complex network and security issues.

SD-WAN & VPN • Design and manage Fortinet SD-WAN solutions. • Configure IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and ADVPN. • Implement ZTNA and secure remote access solutions. Network Security Operations • Monitor security events and network performance. • Support incident response and security compliance activities. • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams. Routing & Switching • Configure and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF. • Support enterprise LAN/WAN environments. • Maintain HLD, LLD, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Preferred Qualifications • Fortinet NSE 7 Certification (Mandatory). • 6–10 years of Network Security Engineering experience. • Strong FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer experience. • Experience with SD-WAN, VPN technologies, and cloud security. • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Certifications • Fortinet NSE 7 / FCSS – Network Security • Fortinet NSE 5 (FortiManager / FortiAnalyzer) • NSE 4 – FortiGate Administrator • CCNP Security / CCNA Security • PCNSE / Check Point Certifications (Added Advantage)
