Job Description: Be accountable for technical aspects of IT solutions, developing complex solutions, and ensuring short-, medium- and long-term business relationships and client satisfaction Provide 3rd level support for network and telecom products and services for the enterprise Work with vendors to ensure that all customerService level agreements are being maintained Provide 24/7 on call supportfor all Telecommunications & Network outages Direct and/or validate technological choices,and draw up overalland detailed architecture plans Assume responsibility for technical studies, and make recommendations for products and services covering overall client IT applications and networks Keep abreast with advanced data technology used by the industry Evaluate costs and labour for networkand telecom equipment; write/document the technical phase of proposals Interact with management and restaurant solution development teams Assume responsibility for solution development and integration with other specialized disciplines: network security, wireless network, IP telephony etc. Qualifications: Minimum three years of experience developing LAN/WAN and wirelesssolutions Must have SD WAN experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent work experience Certifications such as CCNP, CCNP DC, CCDP are considered a strong asset Knowledge of layer 2 &3 protocols includingSpanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, TCP/IP IPv4/IPv6, L2/L3, SNMP, network monitors and protocol analyzers Knowledge of standardnetwork protocols: wiringstandards, IP and Ethernet technologies, EIGRP, BGP and MPLS protocols, service quality parameters, etc. Advanced knowledge of large scale LAN/ WAN technologies (switches, routers, wireless and firewalls) with specific knowledge on BGP and MPLS networking In depth understanding of designing and managing network infrastructure Specialist in LAN/WANand wireless productsand services Ability to designinternetworking solutions and conduct lab tests Self-motivated,good customer servicesand capable to work under pressure Negotiating and problem-solving skills Fluent in English(reading, writing, and verbal) Swift, efficient decision-making Leadership ability And, because it’s important to have a rewarding work/life balance, we make sure you have access to benefits that include: Comprehensive New Hire TrainingProgram Competitive Group Health and DentalInsurance Plan Exclusive Access to an EmployeeDiscount Perk Program Competitive and lucrativeCommission & Bonus Plans Ample paid time off Flexible Working Arrangements Discounted Gym Membership rate Rewarding Recognition Programs, Referral Incentive Bonuses and Tuition Reimbursement Program Sales challenges and contests Yearly incentive trips for top-performing recruiters and sales professionals Theme days and holiday celebrations Local and globalvolunteer community programsthat give back All offices are centrally located and easily accessible by public transit Salary range : 100 000$ - 110 000$
