Position Network Delivery Manager/Service Delivery Manager Location Chicago, IL Duration Full‑time Experience Zscaler, Fortinet SDWAN and Firewall, F5 (LTM/GTM), Nexus Qualifications and Role Overview 15+ years of hands‑on experience in the network domain, with a proven track record of operational management and strategic leadership. Direct oversight of large‑scale enterprise networks comprising 1,500 or more devices across Data Center, Campus Wired/Wireless, and WAN environments. Led teams of over 70 engineers, driving performance, mentoring talent, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Expert‑level proficiency in Cisco Nexus, Catalyst Switches, ISR/ASR Routers, Check Point and ASA firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, MPLS, VPNs, SolarWinds, Silverpeak SD WAN, and Infoblox. Operational exposure to managing large, complex networks with a commitment to driving improvements and achieving operational excellence. Strong understanding of the ITIL framework, with hands‑on experience in major incident handling, escalation management, and client management.

Comfort interacting with senior leadership, including Director and CTO‑level stakeholders, and flexibility to support 24/7 operational demands. Preferred background: started as a network engineer and progressed to Service Delivery or Network Delivery roles.
