About the Company HCLTech is hiring! We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team across Pan India locations. About the Role Experience: 5+ years Location: Pan India (Flexible) Shift: Willingness to support ET hours (8 AM – 5 PM ET) Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions in NetSuite, focusing on Order to Cash (OTC) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).

Work extensively with SuiteScript, RESTlets, and NetSuite customizations. Manage item catalog structures, record configurations, and NetSuite internal processes. Capture functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop proof-of-concepts, demo solutions, and full-scale implementations. Ensure high-quality code with unit testing and adherence to coding standards. Provide post-production support, especially in revenue recognition processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, analysts, and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite development, especially OTC and ARM modules. Deep understanding of revenue recognition processes and NetSuite capabilities.

Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), RESTlets, and integrations. Hands-on experience with GitHub and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) (mandatory). Experience with unit testing and AI-assisted development practices.

Familiarity with SDLC processes, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical, real-world solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Preferred Skills NetSuite certifications (Development / Revenue Recognition). Experience in test/verification protocols and production support.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (self-starter). Strong team collaboration skills in a multi-stakeholder environment. Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
