Hiring for one of the leading hospitality industry for multiple locations : Lead and drive Online India’s pan-India B2B sales strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Expand travel agent network and increase wallet share from existing agents Deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets across air, hotels, holidays, insurance, visa, corporate travel, and API/white-label Develop and execute annual sales plan aligned with business objectives Drive city-wise, state-wise, and regional growth strategies Acquire new B2B travel agents across India Design acquisition campaigns for startups, IATA/non-IATA agents, sub-agents, and partners Build partnerships with tour operators, consolidators, and franchise networks Expand API and white-label partnerships Identify and grow regional corporate travel opportunities Must haves 10–15+ years of travel industry sales experience with 5+ years leading national B2B teams Strong network across agents, OTAs, IATA agencies, and corporate clients Strong understanding of GDS, LCC APIs, NDC, and B2B travel platforms Proven ability to scale sales teams and drive growth Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills Drive growth in active agents and new agent acquisition
