This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team success , not individual sales production. You will be responsible for building momentum, holding accountability, and creating a competitive, results-driven sales culture.

The ideal candidate is a motivator, coach, and culture-builder who thrives in an unstructured environment and knows how to get the most out of commission-driven sales teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop an inside B2B sales team Drive performance through accountability, KPIs, and structured sales processes Create a high-energy culture through contests, incentives, and daily engagement Run weekly sales meetings and performance reviews Partner with leadership, buyers, and operations to align sales strategy Identify training needs and implement ongoing development initiatives Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales reps Support key account growth and assist with large deal strategy when needed Travel periodically for customer visits and industry events What We’re Looking For Required Experience 3–5+ years leading inside B2B sales teams Proven success managing commission-based sales reps Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills Experience in high-volume, outbound, or fast-paced sales environments Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setting with limited structure Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools Preferred (Not Required) Background in food distribution, wholesale, or opportunistic/salvage sales Experience selling into correctional, education, nonprofit, or secondary retail markets Experience building or scaling a sales team Who You Are Charismatic and high-energy leader who can command a room Competitive with a strong β€œhunter” mentality Motivated by team success and performance-based earnings Adaptable and coachable β€” able to adjust to different personalities and situations Comfortable leading from the front in a fully in-office environment Thrives in a fast-moving, no-excuses culture Base Salary: Up to $85,000 Bonus: Quarterly, based on team performance and growth Earnings Potential: Strong upside tied to team success Health Insurance: Employer contributes majority of premium Paid Time Off: Vacation + most federal holidays + additional holiday time What Success Looks Like Building a high-performing, engaged sales team Increasing revenue through improved team productivity Creating a competitive, accountable sales culture Successfully scaling the team as the business grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
