Role Description This is a full‑time role for a National Account Sales Manager based in Texas. In this position, you will conduct field estimates, submit proposals for repairs, prepare repair schedules, and maintain client relationships. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Responsibilities Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities across the nation. Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and introduce our products/services.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as outlined in company policies. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Attend trade shows and marketing events as needed to network for new and continued business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare measurements, scope of work, and proposals to secure work.

Strategically plan, schedule, and execute awarded work while maintaining at or above company margins. Address and adequately address issues at the highest customer service levels. Supervise internal crews and subcontractors to complete the awarded work at an industry leading quality.

Skills Experience in paving sales or construction in related industry - REQUIRED Proven experience in sales account management with a strong focus on client relationships. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers. Proficiency in warm calling techniques and lead generation strategies.

Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer requirements. Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing projects or teams effectively. Knowledge of business development principles and practices.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Ability to be a team player and a self‑starter who is proactive at pursuing leads. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Business Sales (Construction), or Civil Engineering is preferred.

Understanding of analyzing, reading, measuring, and estimating from blueprint drawings is required. Experience in estimating construction type projects. Salary plus commission.
