MRI Technologist PRN

As an MRI Technologist joining our team, you’re embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Responsibilities Reviews patient history and physician's orders.

Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment, and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation. When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within the scope of practice. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.

Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. Qualifications Education: Graduated from an ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine required. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: 1 year in Radiologic technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, Nuclear Medicine, or CT procedures preferred. Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) required; ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB registry in Radiology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine Registry required. ARRT Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) required (within 1 year hire/transfer).
