Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (West & Central London) - Up to £45,000 Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in West & Central London (Twickenham, Hanwell, Wandsworth and Central London. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across High End residential estates and commercial offices. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log L8 water hygiene monitoring Fan Coil Unit servicing Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8) Monday to Friday - City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Company Vehicle with Fuel card and Float ~ 23 days holiday + BH ~ Overtime available ~ Training and development opportunities ~ Contributory pension scheme
