MIS Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and generate data-driven insights to support business decisions across retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership of reporting dashboards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across GA categories, sales, inventory, and operations Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business growth Track key metrics such as GMV, conversion, inventory turns, fill rates, and order fulfilment, impressions, CTR, CVR, new launches performance Build and automate dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI Work closely with category, supply chain, and operations teams to provide actionable insights Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and demand-supply gaps Support pricing, promotions, and assortment planning through data analysis Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Key Skills & Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analytics, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or quick commerce Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced) – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI) preferred Understanding of retail/e-commerce KPIs (GMV, AOV, conversion, inventory turnover, CTR/CVR etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Background: Experience in quick commerce platforms (e.g., dark stores, hyperlocal delivery models) Exposure to category management, supply chain, or operations analytics Familiarity with automation tools or basic scripting is a plus Key Traits: Detail-oriented and data-driven High ownership and accountability Hustler mindset with ability to manage ambiguity Quick learner and adaptable
