You Will: Manage day‑to‑day laboratory technical and non‑technical microbiology resources and operations of the market laboratory to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
Assist Regional and Division Directors in achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra‑ and interdepartmental activities. Monitor resource utilization, including payroll, supplies and expenses, client volume and revenue variation reports, outpatient volume reports, mileage and expense logs; participate in MOR. Provide leadership in the coaching, guidance, training, and talent development of staff.
Screen, interview and select qualified individuals for open positions within the department. You Should Have: A 4‑Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology NAACLS Accredited Certification (ASCP, AMT, etc.) is required 3‑5 years of supervisory level experience in a central or high volume bacteriology laboratory setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
