MEP Tender Manager

Job Description: Tender Manager Position: Tender Manager Location: Okhla Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Amber Electrotech is an Electrical EPC company that delivers turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across India. The company specializes in substations, electrification, transmission systems, HVAC, solar, and other engineering solutions for government and private sector projects. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end Government and Private Tender processes. • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities. • Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria. • Prepare and submit tender/bid documents through E-Tendering portals (GeM, CPP, etc.). • Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and procurement teams. • Prepare cost sheets and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing. • Maintain tender records, contracts, and MIS reports. • Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions..

Required Skills: • Experience in Tender Management and E-Tendering. • Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects. • Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and tender documentation. • Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills. • Good communication and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
