MEP Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to oversee and support our construction/ fit-out projects in Ernakulam, Kerala and later relocate to our other projects in Kerala and Bangalore. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of MEP components of the project. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your project management and engineering skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of MEP systems ensuring alignment with project timelines . Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall design and meet all technical requirements. Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of MEP installations, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation and Compliance: Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all MEP activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing MEP systems for interior fit-out projects or hotels or commercial projects.
