As an NFIB Membership Sales Representative, you'll be the human connection that invites them into a national movement advocating on their behalf. Every conversation you have helps give small businesses a stronger voice at the state and federal level.
This is faceâtoâface, communityâbased work. You'll meet owners where they are, share NFIB's impact, and invite them to become part of something that protects their livelihood. Responsibilities What You'll Do Engage directly with small business owners through inâperson prospecting (no appointment setting) Deliver NFIB's proven, 5âminute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit Process membership payments on the spot This is a hunter/closer role with a clear, structured sales model and no account management after the saleâallowing you to stay focused on impact and results.
