Mechanical Engineering Manager

Overview Our Nuclear Services Group is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineering Manager. In this role, your leadership will drive project success and help us achieve overall business goals. San Luis Obispo, CA Glendale, AZ Kennewick, WA Responsibilities Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON's excellence standards.

Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on exciting design projects. Lead various internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles. Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates.

Develop mechanical system procurement specifications, evaluate bids, and select equipment. Perform mechanical design and calculations to solve complex technical problems. Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and startup.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent work and training in a related role. Minimum of 6 years of design engineering experience with 2 years of leadership. Experience in the nuclear industry.

Professional Engineering license. Writing, presentation, and communication skills. Proficient in Word and Excel.

Pay Range USD $120,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
