Mechanical Engineer

This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients. Company Name: Fontierz Private Limited Job description: This position will be responsible for designing and developing new products as per the product road map. Specific markets may include Surgical Hand Tools, Robotics applications in Medical, Aerospace & Defense.

The position would be responsible for Product Design & Development. Experience designing complex electro-mechanical assemblies with Engineering principles with understanding of Failure Modes and its effects on Design Reliability would be critical to the role. Develop design of machined, stamped, formed and molded components including secondary processing (heat treatments, surface finishes) with knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Basic manufacturing processes of mechanical assemblies, tooling and fixturing design for assembly of product. Get involved in the manufacturing process and identify improvements to simplify assembly process and work cross functionally with different functions to enable business and growth.
