Job Description Job Description Mechanical Engineer / Designer – Philadelphia Area HVAC Design | Multifamily + Commercial Projects What You Get to Do: Design HVAC systems for commercial and multifamily projects: cafes, offices, retail, hotels, apartments. Own your design work from HAP/Trace load calcs through Revit/AutoCAD layouts and construction docs. Work in AutoCAD (Revit optional) with dedicated drafting support.

Collaborate directly with senior engineers, no layers of approval. Be the go-to technical lead in a lean, growing team, your calls shape delivery and client wins. Lead steady quick-turn projects.

What You've Already Done: Designed HVAC for residential/commercial, handling loads, sizing, and docs solo. Crushed load calcs (HAP/equivalent) and navigated quirky footprints in tight spaces. Built clean AutoCAD drawings that contractors actually use.
