This role ensures high data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards while collaborating cross-functionally to drive process efficiency and accura cy.The position coordinates and executes day-to-day activities across the full master data lifecycle, including data creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data quality. The analyst works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate, complete, and timely master data setup, enabling effective and efficient business operatio ns.What you’ll doCreate Master Data - Utilize WinShuttle, MDM customized toolsets, Microsoft Office and SAP to create master data items for Supply Chain transacti onsAdhere to the defined MDM standards and processes including approver matrices, data dictionaries, process maps, and change l ogsCollaborate with requestors to gather complete and accurate master data on the material for approval and system ent ry.Manage intake requests with a strong customer service focus, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfacti on.Support high data integrity by performing data validation, duplicate checks, and completeness reviews prior to system ent ry.Support monitoring to improve data quality through audits, data integrity checks, compliance reporting, and duplicate/obsolescence manageme nt.Leverage reporting and analytics to design and implement data maintenance cycles, proactively identifying gaps and driving data cleanup initiativ es.Ensure compliance with MDM standards, governance frameworks, approval matrices, data dictionaries, and corporate polici es.Assist Analyze system data to ensure adherence to business processes and maintain a high standard of data quali ty.Support master data initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and process design improvemen ts.Contribute with the development and maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer resources for business users and team membe rs.Conduct periodic audits and report on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance metri cs.Train business users and support cross-training initiatives to improve team capability and operational flexibili ty.
