Manufacturing Reliability Engineer Position

Enhance manufacturing processes as a Reliability Engineer focused on LEAN methodologies. Join the team to lead improvement projects and ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. Reporting to the Reliability Manager, this role involves developing and improving manufacturing equipment through engineering principles.

You will lead projects aimed at enhancing plant capacity, line efficiency, and preventive maintenance. Key responsibilities include validating processes, reviewing equipment designs, and applying Six Sigma for continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead manufacturing improvement projects for better efficiency • Validate processes with the Reliability team • Oversee new equipment commissioning and upgrades • Apply Six Sigma for process optimization • Manage pre-start health and safety reviews Requirements: • Engineering degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma • 3–5 years in food manufacturing engineering • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles Apply your engineering expertise to improve reliability and efficiency in manufacturing processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
