Manager/ Sr. Manager - Capex Procurement

Company : Allied Engineering Works Ltd.(https://aewinfra.com) Position : Manager/Sr Manager – CAPEX Procurement (Solar & Plant Machinery) Location : Samaypur Badli, Delhi We are looking for a dynamic Procurement professional to lead end-to-end CAPEX sourcing. This role is unique, requiring a blend of expertise in Solar Project procurement and Industrial Manufacturing equipment (Moulding, SMT, and Electrical Infrastructure) will be responsible for cost optimization, vendor development, and ensuring the timely setup of our plant and renewable energy assets. Key Responsibilities 1.

Solar Project Procurement: Manage end-to-end sourcing for Solar PV projects, including Modules, Inverters, and Balance of System (BOS) components. Negotiate EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts and service-level agreements. 2. Manufacturing & Plant CAPEX: Lead procurement for high-value machinery: Injection moulding machines , SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines , and peripheral equipment.

Source critical plant utilities: Diesel Generators (DG) , Power Transformers , and LT/HT Electrical Panel & Other utilities material. 3. Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Drive cost-saving initiatives through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and global sourcing. 4. Vendor & Contract Management: Identify and onboard Tier-1 global and domestic vendors. 5.

Project Coordination: Track lead times for long-lead items to ensure zero delays in project commissioning. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical infrastructure (Transformers/Panels) and manufacturing hardware (SMT/Molding). Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and experience with SAP/ERP procurement modules.

Contractual Expertise: Familiarity with FIDIC or similar project contracting standards. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. Interested candidate, please share their resume to :
