Production Manager (Machine Shop) Location: Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 + Pension + Bonus Days based Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm with flexible working available An excellent opportunity has arisen within a world leader in the manufacturer of specialist engineered products and services. Ideally an engineer who understands good manufacturing practice and has experience of automation, machine tools. Experience in supervisory role in manufacturing/machine shop environment. This role reports into the Operations Manager and oversees the companies cells machining area and Sawing and Sanding area, with responsibility for 3 Shift Production Supervisors. It's not essential that that role holder has knowledge of CNC's but is an advantage. The key areas of experience must be within change management, strong experience of leading and engaging people, a strong understanding of KPI's and lean manufacturing methods.
