Monitor competitor pricing and industry trends in construction, manufacturing, and industrial supply; feed insights into periodic pricing group recalibration.

Conduct customer segmentation and price sensitivity analysis to validate tier structures and discount policies-confirming group assignments drive expected revenue and customer lifetime value. Partner with sales, purchasing, and product management to align pricing classification logic, cost approval workflows, and group-level governance with business goals and ERP constraints. Support custom account pricing for key accounts and large bids-leveraging group matrices for baseline calculations while maintaining margin thresholds.

Manage pricing databases and ERP systems (NetSuite); own data quality for item master, UOM conversions, costing cascades, and price group matrix loads. Track pricing performance metrics (margin by group, revenue, win rates, price realization) and recommend adjustments based on group-level profitability trends and supply chain changes. Ensure pricing policies comply with contractual obligations, internal controls, and audit trails; maintain pricing approval documentation at both group and exception levels.
