You will leverage ten years of HR experience while implementing best practices aligned with Banyan's mission to serve youth and community support sectors. Key responsibilities include fostering a diverse workplace and engaging various employee demographics. Key Responsibilities: • Lead HR functions such as employee engagement and safety • Advise management on employee and labour relations matters • Monitor compliance with HR laws and organizational policies • Track employee performance and develop engagement strategies • Analyze labour relations trends and support bargaining processes Requirements: • Ten years of HR management experience required • Not-for-profit experience preferred • In-depth knowledge of employment standards and labour laws • CHRP/CHRL designation necessary • Must provide a valid Criminal Record Check Enhance Banyan's HR capabilities and champion a fair, inclusive work culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
