As a key leader in this full-time, permanent position, you will guide a team of Project Managers on various enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities include ensuring the successful execution of projects within Vancity’s governance framework while aligning outcomes with organizational goals. Your ability to thrive in ambiguous situations will be crucial to fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities Mentor Project Managers in project scope and execution Ensure delivery complies with Agile methodologies and PMO standards Provide necessary oversight for timely and budget-compliant project completion Cultivate solid relationships with stakeholders and senior management Track and address project risks and dependencies Requirements Minimum 7 years in project delivery with technology focus At least 3 years in a leadership role within similar projects Familiarity with PMO frameworks and Agile delivery environments Exceptional stakeholder management experience Valid project management certifications (PMP, Agile) Lead impactful projects while contributing to Vancity's mission of social justice and community support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
