Hourly Pay Range $58.50 - $90.68 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Manager, Network Engineering Location: Warrenville, IL Full Time Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Hybrid Position Local travel to other corporate locations will be required as needed Job Summary As the Manager of Network Engineering at Endeavor Health, you will manage solutions specific to areas of responsibility, including full life cycle management—from strategic planning to deployment and maintenance—while reducing manual efforts, promoting patient and user experience, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. To be successful, you must stay updated on the latest solutions, technologies, and advocate for industry best practices.
What you will do Drive end‑to‑end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and develop and lead teams for high performance outcomes. Provide direction for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimization, and support. Establish relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user requirements; identify business requirements to guide specifications.
Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with stakeholders about priorities and workload. Develop strong partnerships with fellow leaders to identify synergies and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and solutions meet or exceed organizational needs.
Contribute to Capital and Operating budgets, policy and procedure development and adherence, talent management and acquisition, governance activities, and other duties as assigned. Remain updated on emerging technologies and promote their implementation. Collaborate across functional components to ensure seamless, efficient, and measurable outcomes.
Establish vision and roadmaps for the enterprise network, including Routing, Switching, WiFi, Firewalls, and network security. Ensure stability, reliability, integration, security, and capacity planning for enterprise network services. Provide technical knowledge and enablement to teams within technical responsibility areas.
Manage technology strategy, ongoing maintenance, expansion or upgrade of assigned systems, and ensure operational readiness. Escalate issues or roadblocks in execution or milestone attainment in a timely manner. What you will need Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience : Five (5) or more years of experience managing processes, applications, or systems in an integrated healthcare delivery system or related industry. Two (2) or more years of leadership experience and experience managing a portfolio of responsibility. Preferred Skills : Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices. Ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently. Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, lead and implement initiatives. Personal and ethical accountability. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving.
Curiosity, out‑of‑the‑box thinking, and innovation. Focus on people and active engagement in recruitment and retention. Build and maintain vendor relationships.
Knowledge of network engineering platforms and systems: Switching (Cisco), Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco), Load Balancers (F5), LAN/WAN, Security, Wireless.
