Manager Home Infusion Pharmacy United States Inova Health Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager Home Infusion Pharmacy to join the team. This role will be full-time with varied shifts. Manager Pharmacy Job Responsibilities Oversee the assigned area in Pharmacy to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks. Oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication therapies in alignment with organizational protocols.

Provide staff counseling and initiate discipline when necessary. Participate in committees and ensure patient safety through review of processes in assigned areas. Serve as a preceptor for the pharmacy clerkship and other educational activities.

Minimum Qualifications Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or bachelor's degree. Experience: Five (5) years' experience as Pharmacist. Licensure: Registered Pharmacist in Virginia.
