Job Description Manager Finance responsible for analytical review of all Finance and Accounting Support functions for a major field operation, including Inventory Management and Control, Financial Analysis and Planning, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing. Acts as financial check and balance as Ryder makes customer commitments. Essential Functions Analytical review/Corrective Action: 1.

Skills and Abilities Demonstrates analytical skills β Required Ability to build strong customer relationships β Required Ability to lead/manage others β Proven leadership skills β Required Strong verbal and written communication skills β Required Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization β Required Ability to work independently and as a member of a team β Required Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment β Required Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills β Required Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices β Required Qualifications Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics β Required Masterβs Degree in Business Administration (MBA) β Preferred 7 years or more in Managing Finance and Accounting (including Inventory Management and Control, Financial Analysis and Planning, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing) β Required Candidate must have functional knowledge of the WMS system based on the location. β Intermediate β Required Must have a working understanding of the Supply Chain Management and logistics process based on the location. β Intermediate β Required Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge (Excel). β Advanced β Required Certified Public Accountant β Preferred Travel No Position Bonus 20% Job Category Financial Analysis Compensation Information Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, market data, internal equity and salary ranges.
Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
