Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Business Partner this position is responsible for end-to-end FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, while providing strategic business partner support to drive performance, inform decision-making, and optimize return on investment across these areas. The role also requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support growth and execution across these businesses.What You’ll Be Doing:Digital Business FP&A and Business PartneringLead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for Digital business; maintain shadow P&L for consumption by CCO and Commercial leadersProvide variance analysis and insights to support performance managementSupport key investment decisions through financial modeling and ROI analysisPartner with Digital teams to align financial plans with strategic roadmapOnline Retail & Jet Business FP&A and Shared Marketing Plan ManagementManage Retail and Jet P&L reporting, forecasting, and financial modelingLead financial oversight of the shared marketing plan across Online Retail and Jet, ensuring alignment with budget and ROI targetsAnalyze revenue, margin, and cost drivers to optimize profitability and marketing effectivenessSupport pricing, growth, and expansion strategies through financial insightsExternal Partner Collaboration & Business PartneringBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners supporting Retail and Jet businessesProvide financial guidance and performance oversight to ensure alignment with Four Seasons objectivesPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination with third-party operatorsStrategic FP&A, Long-Range Planning and Ad-hoc AnalysisPrepare financial inputs and analysis for long-range planning processesDevelop ad-hoc financial analyses including business growth models, scenario planning, and investment casesConsolidate insights across all lines of business to support executive decision-makingSupport special projects and evolving business needs through targeted financial analysisWhat You Bring:University Degree with a focus in Finance / Business / AccountingMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Finance Business Partner roleCPA, MBA, or equivalent finance / accounting experienceStrong FP&A capabilities including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelingAdvanced Excel skills; experience with planning toolsKnowledge of financial reporting and accounting principlesExperience developing KPIs and performance dashboardsWho You Are:Strong business partnering and relationship management skillsAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and influencing skillsAnnual Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 CAD + additional rewards as part of the total compensation package.This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-HybridFour Seasons is committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
