Job Title: Manager – AR Billing (Order to Cash) Location: Bangalore Shift: US Shift Function: Finance & Accounting – O2C About the Role We are looking for an experienced AR Billing Manager with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise to lead billing operations, drive process excellence, and manage client and stakeholder relationships. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage large teams, ensure SLA adherence, and continuously improve billing and O2C outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end Order to Cash (O2C) billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Drive SLA/KPI performance , ensuring targets are met or exceeded consistently. Develop and execute action plans to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Identify and champion process improvements and transformation initiatives .

Analyze operational data and generate MIS, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership and clients. Manage day‑to‑day operations, including governance, administration, and client communication. Conduct regular client and stakeholder meetings for service delivery reviews and issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards . Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams; coach managers and team leads. Partner with external system owners and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Operate effectively in a matrix and global environment , managing multiple priorities. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of AR Billing and O2C processes , including upstream and downstream dependencies. Excellent data analysis and MIS reporting capabilities.

Proven people‑management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate large teams. Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. High level of system knowledge, process orientation, and continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to work with urgency, demonstrate ownership, and drive closure. Eligibility Criteria 10–15 years of experience in AR Billing / O2C operations. Mandatory experience managing teams of 25–35 members .

Graduate degree (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a fast‑paced, client‑centric, global delivery environment.
