Manager- Corporate Sales

Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Role Objective: − The role is focused on growing Mahindra’s share in large corporate segments, Tool for trade business opportunities and professional segment − The role is planning initiatives, activations and collaborations for business development in the zone Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Sales− Engage with large corporates to drive bulk & CTC sales.− Identify and engage institutional customers for tool for trade business− Connect with Corporates to shape CTC policies for EVs and SUVs− Ensure seamless coordination from order placement to delivery.2. Leasing & Corporate Channel Engagement− Support leasing partner relationships in the zone.− Ensure penetration of innovative leasing schemes and programs.− Address operational issues related to leasing and escalate as required.3.

Corporate Retail Support − Facilitate ATL/BTL activations in coordination with the retail team across key corporates − Monitor performance of exchange programs in the zone.− Monitor effectiveness of corporate schemes4. Customer Relationship & Issue Resolution− Develop long-term customer relationships and act as a single point of contact for key accounts.− Resolve issues related to pricing, billing, logistics, and vehicle performance in coordination with internal teams Critical Experience: − Strong understanding of the automotive sales ecosystem, especially corporate sector.− Experience in working with leasing companies and fleet customers is preferred. Experience: 6–10 years’ experience in B2B sales- preferably AutomotivePreferred Industries AutomobileEducation Qualification MBA; Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelors of TechnologyGeneral Experience 12-15 Years Experience in Sales/Strategy.

Experience in KAM preferredCritical Experience Experience of handling key critical customer accounts, eg KAM/ Corporate sales.Experience of handling government sales in a field role capacity.Budget Management and Control
