Skill: CA with experience into Controllership and month end closing Job description As a Manager in our Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Perform Financial accounting, Month end closing, board reporting, financial statements, audits for entities in the UK & Ireland; Prepare P&L analysis, asset reporting, explanation of monthly and quarterly variances; Prepare monthly/ yearly financial results for legal entities; Prepare Balance sheet account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts; Preparation & review of regulatory returns submitted to UK & Ireland Regulators; Stakeholder communication for performing analytical reviews; Liasoning with the Company's auditors submitting data requests, resolving queries and to drive improvements in the audit process; Review transfer pricing agreements with other group companies; Understanding of performing & reviewing internal controls including risk Oracle & Smartview experience is desirable. Experience Range: 5 years to 8 years
