Job Description: Develop and execute B2B strategy for Kerala across institutions, corporates, retailers, government buyers, and gifting clients. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TSMs across various districts. Drive sales of sports equipment and merchandise through institutional and retail channels.
Handle government procurement, tenders, and order processing via the GEM Portal. Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, academies, corporates, government departments, and retail partners. Ensure end-to-end sales executionโfrom lead generation and proposal building to negotiation and order fulfilment.
Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for management reviews. Requirements: 4โ8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales sports equipment or related. Experience in selling to retailers and driving distribution-based sales is added advantage.
Hands-on experience managing GEM Portal processes and government business. Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional/statewide sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Good understanding of Kerala market dynamics (preferred).
