Job Description
Job Overview Title: Manager, Analytics & Insights â Analytics, Insights, & Artificial Intelligence. Location: Mount Laurel, NJ. This role manages a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists and works closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify data needs, and provide actionable insights that support strategy and drive shareholder value.
Responsibilities Hire, develop, and manage a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists, including setting goals, managing performance, providing coaching, and handling disciplinary actions. Lead and manage the operation of a diverse group in an area of moderate risk, complexity, or scope. Collaborate with partners to understand business problems, shape and prioritize adâhoc analysis, and provide factâbased analytical advice.
Manage escalated client issues or priorities, coordinating resolution with the appropriate areas. Review and contribute to the presentation of insights to executive leaders and business partners. Leverage data systems across the organization, employing both internal and external data to formulate wellâdefined solutions.
Design and oversee effective testâandâlearn frameworks for key initiatives or programs. Identify opportunities for business growth by recognizing use cases and value drivers. Develop businessâspecific plans and ensure alignment of work and resources with objectives.
Identify risks, manage regulatory compliance, and lead remediation plans to address performance and governance issues. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes aligned with risk appetite. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance, computer science) or graduate degree with progressive project work experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, insights, or a related field. Strong peopleâmanagement experience: hiring, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Proven projectâmanagement skills and a record of leading crossâfunctional initiatives.
Strong processâimprovement skills, including evaluating processes and recommending improvements. Familiarity with Federal Reserve Discount Window collateral pledging and FRB Pledging Guidelines (preferred). Advanced knowledge of external competition, industry, and market trends related to the function/business.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting insights to executive leaders. TD Bank is an equalâopportunity employer.
