Overview: Company X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our managed services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional managed services to clients.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of managed services with other business units.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide timely resolution to ensure client satisfaction. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in managing IT operations, preferably in a managed services environment. Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for service management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus. Apple knowledge also a plus.
