Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Technician – JLL We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Metro Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of our facilities by performing maintenance and repair tasks while adhering to strict safety protocols. What your day-to-day will look like: Perform and direct assigned maintenance service requests efficiently with minimal client disruption Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting components Monitor and maintain life safety systems including generators, fire panels, sprinklers, and audio/visual devices Assist with contractor supervision and monitor their performance on assigned responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance routines and respond to emergency repairs during off-hours as needed Document work performance and materials procurement using established work order systems Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid state driver's license Minimum of 3 years experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs. and use ladders safely Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and Windows-based computers Good communication skills in English, both oral and written Completion of all required safety trainings as scheduled Preferred Qualifications: Completion of applicable technical training program Working knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC systems Experience with life safety systems and fire protection equipment Mechanical and electrical aptitude Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in teams Experience with work order management systems Previous facility management or building maintenance experience Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday Salary: $28 to $30 per hour Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Management and Manufacturing JLL is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
