Maintenance Engineer

They are a high volume producer within FMCG and have invested steadily in the upgrade of site, equipment and processes over the years. Due to a focus on a more planned maintenance program, they wish to appoint 2 new engineers into a day-based maintenance engineer role to be hands-on but focus on root cause analysis and proper long-term fixes to improve OEE. Your new role Working in a large maintenance team, you will be Monday to Friday, supporting the team but also focusing on analysis of breakdowns and issues and examining how future work can give a longer-term fix, thus reducing instances of breakdown and freeing the team to work on more preventative-based work. What you'll need to succeed Time served in engineering Multi-skilled ability Production related or transferable experience What you'll get in return Salary is circa £50000 before overtime for a Monday to Friday role, 33 days annual leave, a very strong pension, and a host of additional benefits I can explain in discussion.
