You’ll collaborate with external providers by phone, work within structured workflows, and contribute to a high-performing, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inpatient medical necessity reviews Ensure alignment with national guidelines, CMS rules able to meet credentialing standards ⭐ Preferred Skills Managed Care / Utilization Management experience Familiarity with MCG® , InterQual , Medicare Advantage, Medicaid or commercial plans Background in IM, FM, Geriatrics, Hospitalist, EM, or other inpatient specialties Tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment Interest in teaching, presenting, and contributing to clinical content Interview Process 1 Zoom interview with Lead Medical Director Fast decision turnaround Benefits Benefits Potential to convert to permanent full-time ‍ Fully remote – work from anywhere within the U.S.
