Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical license in Oregon Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology Proven experience in outpatient oncology/hematology procedures Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills Ability to work independently within a collaborative team Nice to Have Skills: Experience in outpatient cancer center care Familiarity with radiation oncology collaboration Prior locum or temporary physician experience Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Education and Experience: Completion of fellowship in Hematology and Oncology Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience Prior experience working in outpatient oncology settings Other Requirements: Availability to start ASAP and commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month Ability to perform 4-5 days per week, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm shifts Participation in 1:4 call rotation, including weekends Credentialing process anticipated to take 6-8 weeks Willingness to undergo 4 hours of unpaid EPIC EMR training No travel restrictions; lodging will be coordinated and provided This is an excellent chance to advance your locum career with competitive hourly compensation, excellent benefits, and the support of a dedicated professional team.
