LIMS Business Analyst

Lead business analysis activities for LabWare LIMS enhancements, upgrades, and interim project delivery within regulated laboratory environments. Gather, document, and translate laboratory and business requirements into functional specifications and workflow solutions. Collaborate with laboratory users, QA, IT, and development teams to support testing, validation, UAT, and implementation activities.

Support process improvement initiatives, data integrity compliance, and optimisation of laboratory workflows and system functionality. Proven experience as a LIMS Business Analyst within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GxP-regulated environments, with strong stakeholder management skills.
