We're looking for an exceptional Lettings Manager to lead and grow our residential lettings operation across the Leeds and York markets. This is a high-earning, high-impact role with a clear pathway to director level for the right person.

What's on offer Basic salary - £35,000 Car allowance - £3,000 OTE year 1 -£100,000+ Plus uncapped commission, profit share, and a genuine route to director-level. The role Lead the day-to-day lettings operation across the Leeds/York patch Build and manage a high-performing team, driving activity and conversion Develop landlord relationships and grow the managed portfolio Set and hit ambitious targets across new instructions, lets agreed, and revenue Ensure compliance, quality, and an exceptional client experience throughout What we're looking for Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or manager level A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets Natural leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team Deep knowledge of the Yorkshire lettings market (desirable) Full UK driving licence ✦ For those with the ambition to grow, this role comes with a structured pathway into a Director-level position - we actively promote from within and want our next leader to come from this hire.
