Job Description Job Description Job Title: Leasing Consultant (Conventional Community) Location: Miramar, FL Job Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at a conventional apartment community in Miramar, FL . The ideal candidate is personable, sales-driven, and knowledgeable in all aspects of leasing, with hands-on experience using Yardi . Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service Conduct property tours and effectively showcase apartment homes and community amenities Manage the full leasing cycle from initial contact to lease execution Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare lease agreements Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in Yardi Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with resident retention efforts and renewals Coordinate move-ins and ensure a smooth transition for new residents Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming leasing office and model units Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of leasing experience in a conventional apartment community Yardi experience is required Strong sales and closing skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability may be required Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with marketing and outreach efforts Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Company Description Contact: Shaunaci Call/text: 832-908-2222 nwmanager@CertifiedApartmentStaffing.com Company Description Contact: Shaunaci\nCall/text: 832-908-2222\nnwmanager@CertifiedApartmentStaffing.com
