Learning & Development Manager (remote)

Oxford Global Resources is seeking an L&D Manager to support the implementation of the L&D and Deployment of Operational Guidelines (DOG) workstreams. Duration: 1‑year project. (remote). Key Responsibilities: Support execution of the L&D and DOG workstreams, ensuring coordination, tracking, and delivery across global teams.

Maintain and update workstream roadmaps and KPIs to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress. Act as a certified Learning Expert, supporting training assignments and operational management within systems such as Cornerstone. Serve as the US point of contact for Scientific Knowledge Training, coordinating workshops and execution.

Facilitate collaboration across teams in CET and PST time zones, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Support the implementation and adoption of operational guidelines to drive standardization and scalability. Provide strategic and operational support to the Portfolio & Operations team, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
